Unsolved Grey Sky Mysteries: The Mystery of the Random Mysterious At-At's Mysterious Appearance

Back in the Christmas of 2008 Grey Sky Films sent out a Christmas video. One of the questions asked was "What is a toy you always wanted, but you never got?" When Mark answered that he never received an At At from Star Wars. A few weeks later when Mark arrived home he discover someone or something left an At At for him in his mud room. This video looks at the appearance of the At At, who the main suspect is, and offers a 100% accurate re-enactment of the events of that fateful Christmas.

Where in the World is the Grey Sky Team? II

So where's the rest of the Grey Sky team this week?  Well, while Misty & Dana are stuck at the office working hard (No really!  HARD at work......), Mark & Emily are currently in Miami!  That's right.  They've gone down south to film a private concert by Boys Like Girls.  It's pretty cool actually.  LG had this contest, the LG ecoMobilization Cell Phone Recycling Contest, and the winners (Miami Palmetto High School) get a private concert.  Cool!  The end result will be a series of videos for online use and they'll also be edited for consumer webisodes.  And again with the busy!  Speaking of busy, Chris will be joining Mark & Emily in Florida later today.  Lots of travel and lots of fun for the Grey Sky team!

Hey guys!  Wow, it's been a busy past couple of weeks here at Grey Sky!!  Wanna know what we've been up to?  Sure you do!  We've had people travelling all over the place lately.  In fact, Chris is in Colorado right now finishing up the G Series school tour.  That's right the G Series is complete.  We've had a lot of fun working with Gatorade and Fathom Communications and it's been exciting going to all the different schools involved.  :)  Wondering where the rest of the Grey Sky team's at?  Well, check back tomorrow for more of the latest greatest Grey Sky news!!

Our latest movie club pick is the South Korean film, A Tale of Two Sisters.  It's a psychological horror film involving family relationships, sisterly love and just a few freaky things thrown in for fun.  Misty picked this one so we'll see in a couple of weeks how everyone else liked it!

Jersey's Top 10 Film Moments

Our very own Chris Vaglio was included in a panel of movie experts that shared their pick of Jersey's top 10 film moments for the March edition of Bergen Health & Life magazine!  In the article (which you can find HERE), Chris shares some of his thoughts his favorite Jersey cinema moments.  Some of his picks included the scene in Dogma where the battle between good and evil happens in front of a church in Red Bank-a scene Chris finds "a very funny spoof" and the setting of the film Clerks, which he says rings true.

Grey Sky Movie Club News!!!!

Our latest Grey Sky movie club pick, chosen by Matt, is Fistful of Dollars!  Fistful of Dollars is a 1964 Italian Spaghetti Western and one of the first released in the U.S.  It's the story of a wandering gunfighter who plays two rival families against each other in a town torn apart by greed, pride, and revenge. Should be good!  Has anyone out there seen it?  Got any commentary to share with us?

Our movie pick before this one was Bladerunner: The Director's Cut. Daniel chose this one because: 1) We hadn't watched a sci-fi flick yet.  2) It's one of his favorites.  and 3) He really enjoyed the lighting in the movie.  Overall most of the Grey Sky team seemed to enjoy it.  Chris said that it was a great movie and although the Director's Cut is slower than the original version it's still one of his favorite movies.   Emily said that  sci-fi isn't really her usual genre and she thought the movie was a little slow but Harrison Ford was really cute.  ;)  And Dana thinks that it was an interesting story although she too found it to be a slow one.  She also thinks it was a visually appealing story and has a theory that Harrison Ford was a Replicant.  Matt liked it too.  And Mark and Misty still haven't watched it.....but they will!!!
